SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting tinypanel! Every order is carefully prepared and packed before being handed over to USPS.

PROCESSING TIMES

Custom Comic Boxes:
Custom comic box orders have a processing time of 1–2 weeks. This allows us time to carefully hand-pick comics based on your selected preferences and create your box.

Regular Single Issues:
Single comic book orders have a processing time of 3–7 business days before they are shipped.

Please keep in mind that processing time is separate from the shipping time provided by USPS.

SHIPPING

All tinypanel orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

USPS delivery times can vary depending on location, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of tinypanel’s control.

DAMAGED OR DELAYED PACKAGES

tinypanel carefully packages every order to help protect your comics during transit. However, once a package has been handed over to USPS, tinypanel is no longer responsible for damage, loss, delays, or mishandling that may occur during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, we recommend taking photos of the package and contacting USPS directly to report the issue or file a claim (we can help!).
